Annette is an Executive Leadership Coach, Leadership Development Consultant, Facilitator and Speaker with more than thirty years of experience helping leaders strengthen relationships, communicate effectively and achieve better outcomes.
She works with CEOs, executive teams, senior leaders, civil servants and professionals preparing for high-stakes interviews, across executive coaching, leadership consultancy, workshops, speaking engagements and organisational development. Her role isn't to hand over answers. It's to help leaders understand themselves, understand others, and lead with greater intention.
